01Operator and application
These terms are between Shenzhen Aurora Starverge Technology Co., Ltd. and users of the Auroviagent website and related services. You must have authority to act for an organization. A separately signed customer agreement prevails for matters it covers. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.
02Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information, protect credentials and use services within your organization's permissions. You are responsible for your instructions, connected data and organizational authority. Contact support@auroviagent.com if you suspect misuse. Website language coverage does not replace conditions for third-party services or specific tasks.
03Scope and connection requirements
Auroviagent uses connected data and tools for analysis, plans, briefs and authorized task progress. Features depend on product version, sources, markets, account permissions and service availability. Website examples explain task approaches, without guaranteeing particular outcomes, complete platform coverage or fixed returns.
04Authorized execution and platforms
Check shops, objects, budgets, timeframes and action scopes. Ad changes and messages follow product authorization flows. Viewing analysis or a shortlist does not authorize all external actions. Pausing Auroviagent tasks does not automatically pause existing third-party ads or work. Platforms retain their own rules, charges and permissions.
05AI output and business decisions
AI output can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Review against sources, business facts and platform rules, especially before ad spend, partnerships, publishing or significant decisions. No revenue, ad ROI or conversion outcome is guaranteed. Current content capabilities cover accessible-material analysis and written/storyboard briefs.
06Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to inputs you lawfully own and authorize processing needed to provide the service. Ensure materials, data and third-party information may be lawfully used. Output use depends on input rights, applicable law and third-party terms, without guaranteed exclusivity or non-infringement. Website brands, code and design belong to their rights holders.
07Acceptable use
Do not use services for unlawful activity, deception, privacy or IP infringement, unauthorized outbound communications, attacks, bypassing access controls or disrupting users. Do not connect unauthorized sensitive data, accounts or materials. We may take protective measures proportionate to identified risks.
08Changes and termination
Services and sources may change, be limited or become unavailable. Access may be restricted or ended for security, misuse, legal requirements or customer agreements, with notice where required. Ending access does not necessarily end actions already running on third-party platforms; review pending tasks and data handling. Separate settlement, data and confidentiality obligations follow their agreements.
09Responsibility and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided as available; errors, upstream outages and business uncertainty may affect results. No limitation excludes liability that law prohibits excluding. First contact support@auroviagent.com to discuss disputes. Governing law and jurisdiction follow binding customer agreements and applicable law.
10Updates and contact
Updates show a version date and required notices under applicable law or agreements. Review material changes; new arrangements take effect through their valid acceptance mechanism.
