How does the Free plan work?
Each newly registered organization receives a one-time allowance of 500 points, valid for 30 days from organization registration. Joining an existing organization or signing in again does not grant another allowance. Free points are not issued monthly. Choose a paid plan to continue after your points run out or expire. Complete onboarding tasks to earn up to 600 extra points (50 per completed task).
Do features vary by plan?
The Free plan and all three paid plans include the same core capabilities, with no limits on store or member counts. The Free plan provides a one-time allowance; paid plans provide points each monthly billing cycle. Actions still require the relevant store permissions and platform authorizations.
How does the billing cycle work? Do points roll over?
Your cycle follows the monthly anniversary of your subscription start date, or the last day of a shorter month. Monthly points do not roll over. Points for a future paid cycle become usable only when that cycle begins.
Can I use an add-on without a subscription?
You need an active paid subscription to buy and use add-ons. If your subscription expires, add-on points remain in your balance but are unavailable until you renew. Their original expiry date stays the same. Available points expiring soonest are used first.
Can I upgrade or change plans?
Contact the team to confirm the change. An upgrade's price difference and additional points are prorated for the remaining time in your current cycle, keeping its end date. Downgrades take effect in the next cycle without reducing your current purchased allowance.
Does the price include ad spend?
No. You set and pay your advertising budget separately. Third-party API fees you pay directly are not charged again in points. Purchasing a plan does not automatically authorize access to stores or third-party platforms.
